R&H Printing is committed to selling only the best quality refurbished parts at a reasonable price.
All of our DTG printer parts have been tested extensively prior to being made available for purchase, to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
While we do not offer refunds, we do offer a 3 month warranty on most DTG parts and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to exchange it. Simply, return your order and we will send you a different one free of charge. This offer excludes:
Lint-free wipes, ink-waste pads, filters and any other non-operational parts, etc.
New, non-refurbished printhead purchases are final sale and come with no guarantee.
Shipping cost is pre-approved by the customer and is non-refundable. Shipping dates and times are given in good faith but depend on FedEx delivery conditions and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
